Domestic and International Shipping
All orders are shipped domestically (in Australia) and internationally, via Australia Post.
All packages include email tracking. Signature on delivery can be requested for an additional cost of AU$6. Just let me know via email as soon as you place your order.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take any responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your package please contact me at [email protected] immediately after making your purchase to request a quote and to adjust your invoice amount.
If no insurance is purchased, please be aware that we are no longer responsible for your parcel once it is dispatched.
To avoid possible loss, damage and disappointment, please consider purchasing insurance.
Express Shipping
If you would like Express Post shipping please contact me immediately after making your purchase at [email protected] so I can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
A note about Delays
Amada Dolls is not responsible for any delays once a package is in transit. We ship items within 3-5 business days after payment.
We cannot give you an exact delivery date as it depends on your country's customs policies as well as the postal service in each country.
Please note that during the Christmas period, delivery times may be longer causing delays which are out of our control.
